The SAGES partnership provide different groups and activities across Suffolk to support mental wellbeing. Unfortunately, COVID-19 has meant we have had to pause some groups, or move them online.
We are currently working to restart groups in person where possible.
Please contact us using the feedback form if you are unable to find what you are looking for.
Open Space – Open Space groups are held in libraries. They are provided in partnership with our local mental health trust NSFT and other mental health community support providers Julian Support, Richmond Fellowship and Suffolk Mind.
The groups are held weekly with different activities and discussion topics. They are staffed by a combination of mental health staff, support workers and library staff.
Peer Support Groups – Peer support brings together people with shared experiences to help one another through talking, listening, group discussions and activities.
Online Workshops – There are various online workshops available to support your wellbeing.
