The COVID-19 pandemic has affected us all in many different ways.

Whether you would like to feel more connected, have worries about money or your job, or if you would like support for your mental health, SAGES can help you find what you need.

Mental health & Wellbeing

NSFT First Response

A 24/7 helpline for immediate support with mental health difficulties during the COVID-19 pandemic is available.

NSFT and Suffolk Mind support service for Health, Social and Care workers 

Health and social care staff across Suffolk (and Norfolk) can access mental health support, Monday to Friday 9:30 to 4:30 or via email.

Wellbeing Suffolk online webinars and support 

Wellbeing Suffolk are running different online courses and webinars, some of which are specifically about COVID-19 and coping with life after lockdown.

If you are experiencing significant physical or mental health issues as a result of having had  COVID-19, your GP may be able to refer you to the Suffolk and North East Essex Long COVID Assessment Service.
